Systron Donner Inertial (SDI) has uncovered a potential fault in the MMQ-G system software that manifests itself when using the MMQ-G
in Air Alignment mode. If a satellite dropout occurs during Air Alignment mode, a flaw in the MMQ-G software logic can result in system
level performance that does not meet specification when the unit transitions to the navigation mode. This problem ONLY occurs if a
satellite dropout occurs during Air Alignment Mode. All other operational scenarios are NOT affected and operate as specified.

There has been a recent anomalous performance observation associated with the C-MIGITS product
line that we need to inform you about. During routine testing, both customers and Systron Donner
noted altitude variations in the output that were abnormal for the product. These variations were
identified during the time that a particular satellite (designated as SV#7) was available for our INS/GPS
