Miniature Integrated GPS/INS Tactical System

Description

Combining SDI’s Digital Quartz Inertial Measurement Unit (DQI), featuring MEMS quartz rate sensors and vibrating quartz accelerometers, with the Jupiter^® LP commercial Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver and single board 12-channel Coarse/Acquisition (C/A) Code GPS engine, the C-MIGITS^® III offers a versatile system that is compact and lightweight for an optimal solution across a broad range of GN&C applications. These units are ideally suited for Integrator and OEM use in developing the latest systems for future applications and updating current installations. C-MIGITS^® III provides exceptional bias stability, low angle random walk values and superior vibration performance characteristics, providing an ideal solution for critical applications in such areas as camera platform stabilization, unmanned ground vehicles (UGV) and precision guidance munitions (PGM), and establishes an excellent system solution in demanding commercial applications.
