Cleo Lastrella

Cleo Lastrella manages all facets of Human Resources for SDI, serving as an HR Business Partner to all managers and supervisors, assessing organizational needs and implementing local and corporate (CST) HR programs. She also serves as a partner with CST Shared Services on recruiting and benefits administration. Cleo serves on SDI’s management and improvement teams, and established a total service-oriented HR department. Her management style and demeanor serves to form a catalyst for optimal employee relations and management styles. Prior positions include Senior Manager of Human Resources and leading positions in HR Recruitment with pharmaceutical and commercial printing markets. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Hayward, with continuing courses and certification programs in HR and corporate management services.
