Capable of providing their own system solution, SDI quartz MEMS QRS116 angular rate sensors and SDI500 Tactical IMUs (Inertial Measurement Unit) provide unprecedented random angle walk values without loss of tactical grade levels across military aircraft operating environments, featuring excellent bias repeatability, low noise and superior vibration performance, both in highly miniaturized packages in ultra small footprints. The QRS11 angular rate sensor offers the same level of performance with its own “Gyro on a chip” technology and all internal electronics in a mature solid-state device. These devices and systems deliver high reliability and long life characteristics, also ideal for system integration and use by OEMs. All feature multiple data formats and output interfaces.
