SDI’s quartz MEMS MotionPak® Six Degree of Freedom (6DoF) inertial sensing system hosts micromachined quartz angular rate sensors and high performance linear accelerometers, featuring excellent dynamic range and high vibration capabilities in a self-contained system, ideally suited for manufacturers and testing facilities to fully measure a vehicle’s dynamic response and performance in automated braking. LCG50 and Horizon angular rate sensors accurately detect changes in position, providing robust performance in a low cost package capable of low DC input and outputs for battery-operated sensing points at points throughout the testing network.
