General Manager
Dean Johnson is responsible for all aspects of SDI’s business, including planning and implementation of yearly growth programs. He has a remarkable record of success since being appointed as General Manager in December 2006, and is held in high esteem by his colleagues. Dean is definitely “hands-on” as leader of the Management Team. With in-depth experience and an expertise in technology, Dean played a major role in leading the introduction of Systron Donner Inertial’s first Quartz MEMS high-precision (1°/hr) tactical guidance IMU.

Controller
Charles Hammond serves as Controller with a broad base of experience in overall finance and information systems administration. Since joining Systron Donner Inertial in August 2001, he has overseen several key steps on the part of the company which have enabled significant improvements, including the formation of the Aerospace and Defense Group and Automotive Business Group into separate business units for more efficient marketing, product development focus and resulting growth.

Director, Operations
Harry Angus leads Systron Donner Inertial’s overall operations, with responsibilities in leading all operating groups, which have included leading the company through four years of sustained growth more than doubling company revenues since his current appointment in May 2002, during which time several new product transitions were successfully established, including program launch and adoption of volume production capabilities.

Director, Sales & Marketing
David Hoyh leads Systron Donner Inertial’s Sales and Marketing group with a keen focus on creating the vision for an organization based on competitive points of difference and core values toward achieving world class products and services. Since joining SDI in February 2009, David has been responsible for an increased focus on satisfying the customer, led the company’s newest product launch efforts and has established a synergistic atmosphere within the company’s sales, marketing and customer service teams.

Director, Engineering
Ken Marino manages all aspects of engineering, including recent development of the company’s MMQ and MMQ-G IMU IMS products and their transition into full production, and further development of the MMQ series to include Vertical Gyro and Attitude Heading and Reference (AHRS) capabilities.

Senior Quality Manager
Lonny Louie directs all quality programs , leads the quality team, and is responsible for supplier quality and management systems in assuring the highest quality and performance of Systron Donner Inertial’s products. He possesses an in-depth knowledge of a broad range of weapons ordnance and navigation systems from his positions prior to joining SDI in 2000 as Quality Engineer and growth to appointment as Senior Quality Manager in September 2005.

Manager, Human Resources
Cleo Lastrella manages all facets of Human Resources for SDI, serving as an HR Business Partner to all managers and supervisors, assessing organizational needs and implementing local and corporate (CST) HR programs. She also serves as a partner with CST Shared Services on recruiting and benefits administration. Cleo serves on SDI’s management and improvement teams, and established a total service-oriented HR department. Her management style and demeanor serves to form a catalyst for optimal employee relations and management styles.

Contracts Manager
Pamela Henry is responsible for all contract management functions, negotiation, customer relations, research reporting and analysis, maintenance and risk control management. Her focus on improving both customers and supplier rating levels has enabled improved program implementation and contract harmony, increasing the company’s stature in the marketplace. Pamela holds Customer Manager Empowered official status, and manages company compliance, policy and procedure development, overseeing export licenses, control of ITAR sensitive materials, and serves as Facility Security Officer.
