System Service Package

•Telephone/Email Technical Support 

Each new C-MIGITS,or MMQ System Order comes with four hours of engineering technical support. Support is available over-the-phone and by email. The four hours included with each order are good for one year after shipment of product. Additional customer support may be purchased (see below).

Technical Support Service hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time, Monday -Friday


Additional Technical Support:
Consultant-level service for MMQ System service is at $250/hr, sold in
blocks of four hours for $1,000.00.

Consultant-level service for C-MIGITS III service is at $300/hr, sold in
blocks of four hours for $1,200.

System Training Package

•Cost: $7,500 per two day session at Systron Donner Inertial in Walnut Creek, CA 

Scope of Training: 

- Electromechanical Specifications 
- Technical Data on the performance of the product 
- Application Training 
- Operational Testing Process 
- Software and Interface protocol – Migicom Usage 
- Technical Roadmaps
- Technical Questions 

Two day training and pre-design consultation service. 
Description : A technical engineer will work with your engineering staff to cover the basic operation of C-MIGITS III including software integration, operating functionality as well as cover design benefits and specification details. The two day factory training package will provide basic operating knowledge on the systems will help accomplish desired outcomes.

• Basic Training Package – Two Day Factory Training 
• Additional customized training available. Please consult the factory for a quotation. 
• On site training will be available upon request.
